The Background Check or Police Clearance
Certificate confirms whether you have a criminal record or not. The Ohio
Attorney General’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) regularly processes
about a million background checks. Police Clearance Certificate is a document
that is issued by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), where you resided
in Ohio, certifying that the applicant has never partaken in any criminal
activity that led to the involvement of the Ohio state Police, and is also
required when a person applies for an immigration status to other countries. In

comparing fingerprints received against a database of criminal fingerprints to
determine if there is a criminal record. You will have to write a letter to
Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), where you resided in Ohio, stating
that you require a PCC and that you are authorizing our organization to collect
it on your behalf. You should send a written disclosure request to Bureau of
Criminal Investigation (BCI). Full set of fingerprints of both the hands
obtained from the applicant’s at our lab on prescribed fingerprint form,
certified by our official stamp of our organisation. The applicant should
furnish his or her full name, date and place of birth, place and period of all
residences in the Ohio, including full addresses. Applicant must apply
with Completed Application Form (Personal Particular) provided by our
Organization for Certificate of Background Check. The completed Application
form should be submitted at the Our Organization. The Attorney General’s Bureau
of Criminal Investigation (BCI) in Ohio takes 2 to 3 weeks to process the
application if no criminal record found. The certificate will be posted to the
forwarding address as indicated by the applicants in the application.
Processing time is reportedly a maximum of 2 to 3
weeks under regular service at the mentioned address (The processing time will
increases if a person was ever charged by the police)
