Criminal History Information Certifying that the applicant has never partaken in any criminal activity that led to the involvement of the (Tennessee Police Force) and is also required when a person applies for an immigration status to other countries. The Criminal History Information received by the applicant based on the arrest record of the applicant within the state of Tennessee. It is issued to any individual who reside more than 6 months in Tennessee.

Procedure of Getting Police Clearance Certificate from Tennessee

Subject Access Criminal History Information Request is issued to an individual upon request for visa and immigration purposes. The applicant is required to complete and sign an application form. Obtained a complete set of 10 fingerprint impressions* taken by a qualified fingerprint officer at authorized agency lab. Application Forms are provided at authorized agency Fingerprinting Agency Office. In order to obtain a police clearance certificate from Tennessee, applicant should write an application letter explaining why a police clearance certificate is being requested.
